Trick or Tat

This project was built around this fictional pop-up event, which is a Halloween themed flash tattoo event. The flash tattoo event “Trick or Tat” takes place at Smithfield Tattoo Company on Friday, October 13th. The process started with deciding the design, which is this witch stirring a cauldron pot, with bubbles emerging from the pot, holding the information of the event. The first draft of this design started very plain, hardly any color, the font was boring and plain, while it was overall flat and dull and not much was going on or doing the designs any favors. The final design turned into this purple themed, eye-catching design that fits the theme of the pop-up event, with the witch even having tattoos herself. Fun fact the finger tattoos on the witch are the exact same finger tattoos I have on my own hand. The difference between the two drafts are tremendous and the improvements shine through.
